Experience with quickbook online and quickHR will be a strong advantage!
Admin and Accounts Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system and book keeping.
· Prepare debit and credit notes, payments, and e-filing duties, bank reconciliation, cashflow statements.
· Prepare letters and emails to remind customers of due payments
· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit
· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters
· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters
· Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
HR Duties responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
- Able to use HR online system.
- Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters such as claims.
- Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
- Assist for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
- Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
- Maintain and timely renew of Insurances, Security Bond and Insurance Claim Handling
- Monthly Payroll
- Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles in the HR system and MOM portal.
- Prepare letters and internal announcements as and when required.
