SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The incumbent will support the HRIS team by handling inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting employees, ensuring user/employee issues are resolved promptly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the inquiry email account to resolve issues related to SuccessFactors (SF) account activation, system usage, and module applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for raised issues and coordinate with Business Partners, HRIS, and external vendors to resolve them.
• Categorize and compile lists of issues and queries, updating FAQs and user guides based on reported problems.
• Support issues arising from the implementation of Automated Identity Access Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements:

• A diploma / degree in any discipline, preferably in IT or HR
• Experience with HR systems would be an advantage
