Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, offer and pre on-boarding processes
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates

As a HR & Payroll Officer, you will be in charge of all payroll matters for a headcount of approximately 800 in the Oil and Gas Industry. This includes the creation of new employee and employee data base management.

• Prompt & accurate monthly payroll and overtime processing
