Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manger to do the documentations including site progress report
• Raise production order form to factory and follow up with them for delivery schedule, etc.
• Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc, if necessary
• Fully incharge of private job including placing of materials order, raising of production order, arranging of delivery and manpower for installations
• ISO documentations

Requirement

• 1 year construction or furniture related experience
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
