• Assist in all insurance matters, including renewal (for employees and vehicles).
• Checking and approval for staff medical and welfare related claim using Timesoft.
• Assist in recruitment process by screening and interviewing potential candidates.
• Developed employee onboarding materials and new hires orientation.
• Pass Application monitor and ensure all drivers and supervisors have valid pass certificates.
• Arrange employee for course training.
• Updating and checking daily leave attendance.
• Assists to apply,renew or cancel MOM work pass.
• Keying of trips incentives.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

• High level of integrity and discretion
• Min to have one year experience in HR assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned task.
• Knowledge in Timesoft payroll software will be an added advantage.

• Maintain an organized recruitment database

• Source suitable candidates from various channels like databases, online platforms, and social media

Requirements:

• Must have CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Certification

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for handling Mandarin speaking clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset, target-driven, and eager for challenges
• Capability to conduct various types of interviews
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases
• Skill in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
