Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding process of Part Timer, including but not limited to, advertisement, application screening and interview coordination.
• In-charge of work pass such as SP/EP/LOC/Dependent Pass application, renewal, e-Issuance, and cancellation of work pass.
• Update and maintain employees' data in the system and personal files.
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval which including update staff PCP and address .
• Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc.)
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors;
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus;
• Knowledge employment laws ;
• Willing/able and eager to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must.

Job description:

· Lead and optimize day-to-day operations of the Office

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements

· Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify risks and compliance gaps

· Coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards

· Manage operational budgets and resource allocation

· Assist in external reviews and audits.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance standards

· Monitor changes in Singapore's regulatory framework and adjusting compliance strategies accordingly

· Secure the computer systems of the organisation through computer operator-led system monitoring Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the production schedule is on track at all times.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years' of relevant, recent experience in a legal or financial services environment preferred.

· A bachelor's degree or diploma in accountancy, business administration, law or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of the industry standards, laws and regulations.

· Demonstrable experience in compliance and risk management.

· Knowledge of financial crime and anti-money laundering regulations.

· Familiarity with developing and executing compliance management techniques.

· Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies.

· A desire to build on existing knowledge and adapt to changes in processes and procedures quickly.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

 Manage the Director’s Schedule.

 Plan travel arrangements, including booking flights.

 Daily management of the employer’s business, organizing,

coordinating, and scheduling meetings.

 Handle personal tasks and errands.

 Assist with the director’s email correspondence and document filing.

 Perform additional sourcing duties as assigned.

 Assist the director in business negotiations, prepare contract

documents, and coordinate the planning and execution of

contracts between the employer and negotiating parties.

Job Requirements:

 A-level, diploma, or degree holders.

 Bilingual in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Dialect will

be advantageous.

 Able to work on Saturdays.

 Able to work irregular hours, only when required.

 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

 Must be fluent in English.

 Able to travel internationally.

 Mature with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities
