Job Scope
· Managing recruitment and selection activities of clinicians.
· Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution
· Managing the offboarding activities, analyze trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
· Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues.
· Assist to facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff
· Participating in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
· Assist to prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
· At least a bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ experience in human resource management.
· Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
· Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight
timelines
· Detail-oriented with a flair for numbers and highly organized
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
