Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of different mattress types, materials, and brands to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of mattresses.
• Assist customers with the selection process by providing detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, regularly restocking inventory and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
