What you'll be doing:

Service Delivery:

• Own our on-site service which spans direct recruitment; payroll service; managed vendor management; and master vendor management models

The Assistant Production & Logistics Manager assists the Production & Logistic Manager in the management of the Production department and Plant operation.

Responsibilities

• To support Production Manager in leading Production & Logistics department to ensure safe and stable operation in Daily, GCM (grade change maintenance) and SDM (Shut down maintenance) operation and planning.
• To follow up with Technical and Maintenance department on critical mechanical or E&I issues that impact plant safety, quality, and reliability.
