· Implementing HR policies and strategies which are aligned towards achieving business objectives and driving business growth

Talent Acquisition, Retention & Termination

· Develop new recruitment strategies to expand and retain workforce

· Perform on-going hiring and selection of suitable candidates

· Provide end to end on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and dentists

· Evaluate and amend terms of employment based on business needs

Compensation and Benefits

· Perform HR functions related to payroll processing for employees and dentists

· Develop criteria for pay increase and promotion for employees

· Periodically research on HR best practice and adapt appropriately to suit business needs

· Coordinate, plan and budget for clinic dinners, kick off meetings and incentive trips

· Work with external agencies (such as MOM, MSF, etc) for application of levy waiver, childcare leave, maternity leave

Time and Attendance

· Track and maintain leave records of employees and dentists. Generate monthly attendance and leave report for director

· Download weekly clock in/clock out report from TMS for OT calculation

· Generate quarterly lateness report for all employees and dentists

Appraisal and Performance Management

· Conduct bi-yearly 360 employees and dentist’s appraisal

· Performance review for new hires

· Review clinics’ group performance, industry practice and provide recommendation for pay adjustment and variable bonus

· Manage and support staff that require job improvement with mutual goal setting and coaching

Training and Development

· Develop career development plan for high potential employees

· Working with finance and external agencies to tap on latest government training and development grants for SME

Employee Relations

· Hearing and resolving employee grievances through counselling

· Conducting investigations of complaints and grievances

Personal record documentation

· Maintain human resources records (soft and hard copy) of all employees and dentists which include transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases or change in contractual agreement

Compliance

· Familiar and ensure compliance with HR practices, Employment Act and MOM regulations in Singapore

· Ensure all dentists are compliant with NEA and SDC licensing requirements

· Track, maintain and update records of dentists on conditional registration

· Ensure dentists on conditional registration are supervised by 2 full registration dentists and fulfil all requirements by SDC

Others

· Administer and allocate access rights for computers and passwords

· Office/clinic keys issuance and maintain record

· Minutes taking for meetings

· Ensure paperwork & documentation for HR/Admin are in order

· Other adhoc duties assigned by the management or senior

Skill Set:

1. Technically competent in Oracle EBS Core HR, Self Service HR, Absence Management, Approval Management Engine, Talent Management and Compensation Modules

Roles/Responsibilities

1. Responsible to provide BAU support for responsible for ensuring system availability and provide support for applications like Core HR, Self Service HR, Leave Management, Talent Management, Compensation Modules and other ERP financial modules.

Job Description

• Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly

Trading Operation Executive x3

Responsibilities

• Keep an accurate understanding and correct application of commodity contracts and contractual obligations.
• Negotiate the contract terms with miners/external customers and get aligned internally to get contract signed.
• Plan and execute the shipment as per the commodity contract involving.
