• Execute tasks in HRIS (Timesoft) and oversee HR data integrity.
• P-File Management; ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
• Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
• Other HR projects and tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field with min. 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong excel and reporting skills
• Prior experience in Timesoft is advantageous
• Positive working attitude, a team player, ability to meet tight timelines and perform under pressure.
