Background & Purpose:
As part of the Talent Management and Leadership Development team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation and management of talent and leadership offers that are aligned to the strategic priorities of the Group.
You will partner with talents and leaders across various business units to build a strong succession bench that is aligned to our growth ambitions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Contribute to the design of and own specific talent and leadership development interventions:
1. Contribute to the definition of talent and leadership development interventions as part of the COE.
2. Stay updated on market trends and best practices to suggest more effective ways to build and manage the talent and succession pipeline.
3. Continually work with the team to review internal talent management processes and suggest ways to automate and operate more efficiently.
Implement global talent, succession and leadership development initiatives:
1. Work with LBUs to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementation of Group talent management processes.
2. Adapt talent strategies to accommodate LBU nuances and business requirements while ensuring Group standards are maintained.
3. Adhere to and improve governance of talent and succession management.
Talent partnering and building a strong succession bench:
1. Identify key development gaps for identified successors and work closely with business leaders and the HR business partner to create targeted opportunities for accelerated development.
2. Facilitate talent review and development planning meetings.
3. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to pipeline prospective external talents for roles where bench strength is weak.
Attributes and experience:
· Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of the latest talent management and succession practices.
· Consulting and change management skills to deliver impactful changes and effective adoption.
· Preferably qualified in psychometric assessment methodologies, coaching and design thinking.
· Experience in delivering development intervention leveraging technologies & systems.
· Effective team player and strong collaborator with other stakeholders within and outside HR.
· Excellent written and spoken English to engage with people at different levels and different cultural and professional backgrounds.
· Unfazed by complexity and change; resilient and able to rapidly adapt as the context requires
· Disciplined, rigorous and very organized
