JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate education system aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
• Design career growth paths tailored to different job functions and hierarchical levels within the organization.
• Establish systems and processes to facilitate self-directed learning opportunities for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant educational programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate education and professional development.
• Support HQ recruitment projects and process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimal Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimal 10 years of relevant HR - Talent Development specialization experience in international company or regional role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently will be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Perform carpark administrative duties

• Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email

• Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner

• Assist in processing and updating client’s data

• Perform month-end closing duties

• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma

• Min 2 years partial accounts experience

• Able to work well in a team

• Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
