• Has minimum 10 years of HR experience or related
• Prior experience in construction industries is an added advantage

• Lead and motivate a small team of airfreight specialists
• Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with airlines, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve airfreight performance
• Monitor and report on E-AWB, FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs
• Facilitate effective communication among air product teams, key accounts, and team members at various organizational levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and implement a robust pricing strategy

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience
