You will be primarily responsible to develop and train athletes in preparation for podium success as well as executing the Year Sports Plan (YSP) and High-Performance Plan. As a collaborative leader you will also play a critical role as a role model to our Athletes and in building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

ROLE SUMMARY

Under the supervision of Coaching Committee, the Candidate will work with the other Coaches in the following areas:

• To train the athlete in preparation for the various competitions, which includes but is not limited to the Major Games, National Championships, local and overseas competitions.
• To help prepare, formulate and implement short term, medium and long-term plans for the development of the athletes.
• To work with the Coaching Committee in the development of training plans.
• To coach the Competition Team during overseas training and competitions.
• To scout and identify talented athletes.
• Ensure that appropriate supervision, directly or indirectly, is provided to all athletes during training sessions.
• To conduct coaching courses and clinics.
• To ensure the safety of participants and the proper use and safe- keeping of all training equipment, tidiness of the Training Centre or where the athletes train.
• To mentor local coaches and athletes.

DEVELOPMENT

• To support the other Coaches, to advance the knowledge of other Coaches in cooperation with the Technical Department through the Coaching Development Program (CDP)
• To work with Sports Science Department to develop and carry out the sport science-based development initiatives related to the Athlete Development Program and CDP.

TRANSFER OF EXPERTISE

• To support the other Coaches by providing comprehensive apprenticeship training for a group of coaches.
• Providing mentorship and training for the identified other coaching personnel to possibly assume the incumbent’s role.

• Ensure that all calls and emails are recorded in SBF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain record types of queries raised, for service review and improvement.

2. Update membership database

• Contact companies to verify changes in company’s status.
• Update changes to organisation and individual records from contacting members, and from incoming emails and calls from members.
• Perform updates arising from checking returned mailers sent back to the membership team.

3. Other general administrative duties

• a) Undertake any other ad-hoc admin tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
• Previous experience in supporting C-suite executives is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the Chairman or family members as and when needed.
