Job Description & Requirements

• Quantity Takeoffs: Preparing detailed measurements and calculations of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Cost Estimation: Estimating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment based on quantity takeoffs and market rates.
• Contract Administration: Reviewing and analyzing construction contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Payment Evaluation: Assessing contractor claims and payments to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Change Order Management: Managing changes to the project scope, including cost implications and contract modifications.

Requirements:

• Prior working experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in Civil/LTA project is a plus
• Able to work independently.
