Job description:
Be responsible for corporate secretarial duties for client companies incorporated in Singapore, including company incorporations, maintaining and updating statutory registers
Ensuring the compliance with relevant statutory/regulatory requirements by the group
Responsible for the corporate calendar, annual governance reporting and accounts filings.
Manage a client portfolio and provide excellent customer service to clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, and Operations to facilitate seamless corporate transactions and initiatives.
Performing any other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirement:
A degree or diploma in related field
Extensive experience (minimum 3-5 years) in corporate secretarial work.
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) or Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS)
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including the Singapore Companies Act, Code of Corporate Governance, and ACRA regulations.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, self-motivated and has initiatives
Must be able to converse in both English & Mandarin. Have a good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin.
