Responsibilities:

• Negotiating rates, exclusive inclusions, and service agreements with operator.
• Reviewing the performance of the product (sales / competitor) and recommend strategies to gain market share whilst maintaining product margins.
• Develop exclusive agreements where possible to facilitate the growth of the destinations.
• Work closely with Operations for each new season launch to review the operational instructions ensure smooth operation of the tour season.
• Ensure Operations are loading the accurate rates into the OB system.
• Budget, plan, cost, and yield manage all financial aspects of tours to the destination.
• To attend travel trade shows and Other industry functions as necessary to continually research & Develop products and relationships.
• Work with the sales team closely to get all kinds of feedback and comment on the destination enquiry.

Requirements:

• In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong travel industry background in product coordination and product management.
• At least 2-5 years travel industry experience for Europe packed.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to speak to Chinese counterparts.
• Experience with both FIT and Touring products.
• Willing to travel if needed.

SAP FICO Consultant

Contract: 12 months

Pre-requisites requirement:

• Must have strong FICO working experience in a consulting environment
• Able to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD) preferred

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP FICO to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 3-4 end to end cycle of SAP FICO implementation projects in consulting environment
• S/4 Hana experience is required
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.

Skills & Experiences Required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering design principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience designing complex mechanisms including clutches, gear trains, cams, and linkages.
• Proficiency in designing electro-mechanical components such as motors, power transmission, and sensors.
• Expertise in designing various components including plastic, sheet metal, die-cast parts, rubber, electro-mechanical, and mechanism assemblies.
• Fluent in SolidWorks CAD software and/or FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
• Sound understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Competence with analytical techniques such as Design for Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Pugh Matrix is advantageous.

Are you an experienced Technical Executive with a strong background in managing and controlling project documentation for offshore oil & gas projects?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, compiling technical reports and doing technical evaluations, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
