• Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 year experience in a similar position
• Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
• Competent in MS Office

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Job Scope
-perform contract review on purchase orders

-To create sales order in oracle system with accurate data entry to fulfill customer`s requirements

-Management/Updated of production planning file

-to close sales work order and prepare product certification documents

-liaise with customer on some expectation/requirements.

-Preparation of regular reports

-answering phone calls and emails

-orgranize and maintain company`s records

-Monitor and manage office supplies

-Any other office chores as assigned.

-May need to support production when needed

Job Descriptions:

• Independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project operations, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters.
• Ensure project completion aligns with scheduled dates.
• Maintain cost and quality control of projects.
• Ensure construction teams and subcontractors comply with safety, environmental, and other relevant legislation and contract requirements.
• Exhibit good communication skills, interacting effectively with people at all levels and fostering teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with building plan submission procedures and approvals.
• Proven management abilities and relevant experience in the field.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 license is advantageous (Not a must).
