Project Director

Work Location: Changi Naval Base

Working days: 6 days 8am to 5pm

Salary: $10k to $13k (depends on experience)

Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred in a relevant field
• Project management certification preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project
• Experience managing, designing, implementing and evaluating multiple projects
• Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software

Job Description

• Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects.
• Makes sure projects are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, if not, revises plan to make them so
• Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance
• Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision, and managing performance.
• Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations
• Creates and manages project budgets
• Regularly updates clients, stakeholders and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects
• Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they’re in compliance
• Guides individual project managers across a portfolio of projects
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Responsibilities:

· Possess knowledge on building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.

· Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.

· Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities.

· Assist on BIM execution plan.

· Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools.

· Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software.

· Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software.

Requirements:

· Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

· Competent in REVIT or BIM.

· Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.

Production Supervisor (Mould)

Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
Working Salary : $3,000 to $4000
Working Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
• Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of plastic injection moulding experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in injection moulding process and mould set up
