Job Description

• Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy, maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve revenue growth for semiconductor equipment and test socket products.
• Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Build long-term relationships with key customers, providing technical expertise and consultative support for optimal product usage.
• Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, analyse competitors, and communicate customer needs to influence product development and maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Marketing) to align offerings with market demands, support product promotion, and ensure smooth delivery and post-sales service.

The Successful Applicant

• About 3 years of B2B experience in Business Development & Sales in the Electronics industry - with a target market in the Semiconductor sector
• Experienced as an Individual Contributor with strong hunting responsibilities
• Comfortable with frequent regional travelling (about 50%)

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)

Job Scope

• Reports to Project General Manager/Project Manager
• Quantity taking off, Study pre-contract files
• Identify specified or equivalent materials
• Study pre-contract quotations and to obtain new quotations for works
• Check availability of stock of materials and their delivery time
• Check/sourcing of quotations, clarify, and assist in the negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Reconcile quantities in contract and those claimed by sub-contractors and suppliers
• Monitor, measure, and price variation works
• Prepare periodic progress valuation
• Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors
• Study all site instructions issued and advise Project Manager of time and cost implications
• Monitor the expenses of the project and advise the Project Manager on the financial status
• Brief site staff on procedure of recording and confirming oral instructions

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, integrate, and test electrical systems for complex systems of systems, including selection of components, power distribution, and wiring.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems meet design requirements.

· Develop and maintain electrical system specifications, design documents, and other technical documentation.

· Conduct analyses, simulations, and tests to evaluate electrical systems' performance and identify issues.

· Identify, analyse, and resolve design issues and technical problems related to electrical systems.

· Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

· Ensure that electrical systems comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety standards.

· Support manufacturing and installation teams during system deployment and testing phases, including hands-on installation and cable termination works.
