Main Responsibilities:

Account Roles:

• Perform accounts receivable and payable roles in issue invoices, SOA, entry supplier invoices.
• Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
• Keep accounts up to date, liaise with auditor and tax agent.
• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
• Assist with financial and tax audits.

Human Resources:

• Monthly payroll and CPF submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.

The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting assigned Manager(s) in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions on a day-to-day basis and achievement of overall HR teams’ objectives.
