Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $5000
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

• Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents
• Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements
• Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required Maintains current design documents throughout project duration
• Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances
• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS
• HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• Min 2 years related experience in HVAC/ BAS industry
• Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM
• Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
• With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic
• Network and MS office & project background knowledge is a must
• Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment
• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks
• Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified
• Project management skill required

Job Scope:

• Achieve both the sales and qualitative objectives set for stores
• Build, motivate and manage the team, define and build the necessary structure
• Establish plans and allocate the daily tasks to team members
• Manage, train and motivate the team
• Motivate and improve the service level according to company directives by continuously evaluating the quality of service/messages and give individual feedback to the team of store staff
• Train and coach the store staff to respond in a manner that corresponds to company directives
• Organize and optimize the smooth running of the store in accordance with the service directives
• Anticipate the requirements for each area of activity and ensure continually adequate stocks, place orders, check the deliveries
• Define the optimal delivery plan (frequency/cost/product availability) and optimize the stock holding areas
• Interface with Management and other departments
• Establish annual sales and work level forecasts and provide necessary info/reporting to management or other departments as required
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
