Main duties and responsibilities:
Singapore - Reports to Singapore GM (General Manager) and Deputy Singapore GM
· Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare, relations & engagement.
· Review HR policies periodically to ensure compliance with statutory/audit requirements.
· Provide guidance and support to the management team on HR-related matters.
· Responsible for providing leadership in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Talent Management – formulating HR strategies that deliver value to employees and the business.
· Hands-on experience in payroll functions and overseeing compensation and payroll team.
· Prepare monthly HR reports and yearly payroll/HR budget.
· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns.
Group (Global) - Reports to Deputy Group CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
· Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
· Discuss with the HR lead of different region, lead, and coach in areas of Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information Systems and Shared Services.
· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferable with HRM specialization
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Management
· Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, Statutory Requirements and HR practices
· Leadership and influencing skills
· Excellent communication and management skills
· Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, proactive, and able to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker due to job function
