• Ensure all work pass matters for foreign staff are obtained and complied with MOM regulations.
• Prepare all of HR related letters, forms and appraisals per the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations and grievances.
• Handle training administration tasks such as preparation of training materials and collation of training feedbacks.
• Assist in the application of government grants and submission of claims.
• Conduct outlet staff Interviews, including interview schedule, feedback and recording.
• Report and review HQ employees leave
• Stand in for receptionist duties
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and Employee P-file/database.
• Work closely with Operations Department to ensure all HR documents are properly collated and submitted for processing.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources or the Assistant Manager, e.g staff celebrations, department meetings, company events.

Requirements

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
• Extensive experience in office design and prior experience as an acting manager.

Responsibilities

• Managerial responsibilities for a team of nine
• Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept design and space planning through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity.
• Actively seek and share inspiration and reference from sources outside of the business to support creative design solutions.
• Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media to a high standard whilst directing the work of other junior team members on the project.
• Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages
• Assemble presentations using a variety of digital and traditional media, particularly power point.
• Attend client meetings alone or with the support of the project leader leading or contributing to client presentations.
• Competently source reference material and carry out research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
• A comprehensive knowledge of markets, our clients and their competitors.
• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with clients on allocated projects and identify project opportunities independently
• Contribute proactively to business development, pitches, proposal writing and presentations.
• Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues.
• Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
• Leading project communication, including liaising with the design, clients, construction, supplier and
• contractors’ team and ensuring meetings are properly recorded.
• Prepare accurate and timely fee proposals for projects.
• Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Proven knowledge of materials and their application.
