• Collaborate with stakeholders across culinary, nutrition, marketing, and operations to align people operations with business goals.
• Stay current with HR best practices and innovations through continuous professional development and networking.

Requirements:

• BA or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of HR experience within a cross-functional, matrix environment, preferably in the Food, Services, or Hospitality industry.
• Advanced proficiency in project management and office software tools, ideally including Asana, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets and Slides.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with adept stakeholder management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a collaborative work ethic and adaptability to change.
