Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
• Create and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines and regulations
• Support HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records, including contracts, benefits, and compensation details

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS and payroll software.

Detailed Job Description

1. Read through the functional design documents and understand the functionality of the existing

applications.

2. Working in a team and involved in the preparation of test packages/test data and perform testing.

3. Troubleshooting if any data issues and/or work with the developer in resolving the system issues

identified as part of the testing

4. Prepare the test data as per the test package and conduct the User acceptance test together with the

end-users design/test/implementation of SAP HR system, especially submodule SAP HR Payroll.
