Responsibilities:

• Supervise the effective implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079 Management Systems across the entire company, including any associated business accreditations.
• Ensure the adequacy of Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures for the business and analyze current and future procedural needs.
• Organize and oversee the internal audit system and corrective action reporting system for the plant.
• Conduct audits of Quality Systems and provide training and guidance to other auditors.
• Host external Quality System audits and coordinate the review of Quality procedures related to plant continuous improvement initiatives and company processes aligned with management systems.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedure content and manage the issuance of these documents.
• Collect quality data to monitor targets and contribute to the training of quality awareness.
• Take on special projects as required and ensure quality control through appropriate reviews.
• Support or lead process and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage and monitor equipment calibration.
• Collaborate with Outsource Management in the selection, assessment, and approval of subcontractors for PCBA, Meter, and Full turnkey projects.
• Establish, control, maintain, and enhance the quality assurance and development system for subcontractors.
• Conduct audits on new and existing subcontractors to assess their expected quality performance.
• Participate in New Production Introduction and Product transfer to subcontractors.
• Initiate and manage Corrective Action Reports for resolution.
• Collaborate with subcontractors on customer complaint resolution using the 8D methodology.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and policies to measure and ensure subcontractor performance.
• Monitor key quality metrics, including Subcontractor On-Time Delivery and Quality (system, process audit, and yield).
• Establish sampling plans and testing criteria during incoming inspection, site inspection, or subcontractor production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Must be able to analyze data for accuracy and correctly interpret results.
• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079.
• Working in multi-national company, having experience working with different sites in aligning the procedures & processes.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Relational Databases, MS Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
