The Executive, Admin will provide comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the Senior VP, Executive VP, and the Aerostructure and Systems department. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be an organized and resourceful individual with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and manage events, meetings, and special projects as required.

• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.

Our client is looking for a finance manager to assist the Head of Finance in overseeing the accounting and finance functions of the company. This includes AP, GL, FP&A, financial reporting, financial compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Management:

• CPA, CA, ACCA or related professional qualification is required.

• Strong background in Accounting and FP&A.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience using SAP or related ERP system (e.g. Oracle) would be an added advantage.
