• Experience in the Furniture industry: Preferred Min 2 yrs onwards
• Minimum Diploma in any aspect

Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT - Macpherson)

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays : 0900hrs to 18000hrs

Alternate Saturdays : 0900hrs to 1300hrs

Job descriptions:

• Routine checks and maintain electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.

• Liaise and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair

• Supervise renovation to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.

• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room

• Must be able to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.

• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building

Services

• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added

advantage

• Preferable 2 yrs experience in building and facilities maintenance
