This is SG based role that will lead and manage a team of onsite/remote IT recruitment consultants.

• Build, develop and manage the team of tech recruitment consultants;
• Allocate job descriptions to team members and ensure that most of the job descriptions are closed to delight clients;
• Work with various client facing managers or directly with clients, to understand the clients’ needs & expectations of job descriptions and articulate the job description to recruitment consultants;
