Job Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to manager located at Singapore's office, no overseas travelling requires.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of manager, phone calls and other form of communication
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Investment, Charity Team) to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
• Prepare presentations, meeting minutes and report.
• Perform administrative and office support, such managing office maintenance, water supply, insurance updates, cleaner management, filing system and contact database.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
