REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
Account Payable

• Ensure vendor invoices are correctly matched against issued PO.
• Ensure vendor invoices are complete before payment.

AR Receivable

• Ensure Invoices are correctly billed.
• Generate RMA, Debit Note and Credit Note to customers.
• Update receipts from customers.

GL and Reports

• Update bank book and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory.
• Ensure accuracy of Monthly Inventory reports and reconciliations.
• Verify and process staff claims.
• Ensure all Import/Export Permits are complete.
• Prepare GST quarterly reports.
• Prepare and ensure monthly reports are submitted in a timely manner.
• Prepare audit schedules, fixed assets register, and management reports for auditing.
• Generate/prepare supporting reports to confirm the accuracy of Management and Financial Reports.

Others

• Assist in other accounting duties when necessary.
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as needed.
• Other general responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience and knowledge in ERP and QuickBooks will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day accounting duties, general administrative tasks like filing, keeping records and assuring accurate documents filing.
• Preferably to be able to handle full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger functions.
• Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with bank statement.
• Assist in month end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet Accounts.
• Work with auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for regular compliances.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Report

As the Human Resources & Human Capital Development Manager (Division Leader), you will directly manage a team of associates and support various regions across Asia Pacific. • Lead and support the team in executing smooth delivery of full spectrum of HR and Human Capital Development services to the firm
• Deliver HR processes such as leadership development, workforce planning, succession planning, rewards strategies and performance management
• Assists in promoting continuous learning and professional development culture in the organization
• Harmonization and alignment of HR policies and practices, ensuring the processes are delivered to the businesses in accordance with agreed service quality, legal and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Good understanding of local employment law, regulations and compliance requirements
