• SAP B1 and multi co. reporting exp. will be an added advantage
• Must have dealing with big 4 auditor experience
• Experience in manufacturing, construction or marine industry would be preferred
• Preferably staying in the West.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Job Scope :

• Assist in the full spectrum of HR activities in Asia
• Coordinate recruitment activities and administer hiring process
• Handle employee onboarding programme
• Maintain accurate HR database and up to-date employee records in personal files
• Support roll out of ISO certification in Singapore
• Handle ongoing digitalization project
• Plan and organize employee activities
• Assist with day to day HR functions

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 year of relevant working experience
• Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Service customers in the repair and modification works of switchboards and its related equipment.

- Test and commission of switchboards on board vessels or on-site to the satisfaction of customers, if assigned as added duties.

- Liaise with customers on their requirements and provide feedback to our Sales and Marketing Department.

- Perform other jobs on-site which include coupling of switchboards, rework and modifications etc.

- Prepare to work long hours, over the weekends and holidays, if required by customers.

- Being assigned to carry out overseas' commissioning work when required.

- Maintain good teamwork among the staff.

- Maintain good housekeeping in the office and other facilities such as test equipment, tools etc.

- Observe and adhere to safety rules during performance of every task.

- Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

- Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control

Job Requirements:

- Nitec / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent

- 1 year of relevant experience
