1) Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division

2) Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement

3) Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo

4) Confirmation of shipping documents, Bill of Lading with overseas agent.

5) Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.

6) Update of shipping data to the in-house system

7) Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.

8) Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

- Diploma holder or its equivalent

- Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred

- Min 1 year of relevant work experience in Shipping or freight

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

-Able to start work in short notice

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
• Support the administration of scholarship and internship
• Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
• Manage the assignment of External Assessors to the various training partners, maintain records of assignment, calculation of payments and filing of documents
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address to employees’ issues promptly

Gravitas is partnering with a global insurance company to find a Program Manager specializing in Risk Management for the IT division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate management meetings to shape the Risk and Control strategy in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive plan for the alignment of Risk and Control resources within Technology & Innovation (T&I).
• Build and maintain professional relationships and networks while engaging with external vendors as necessary.
• Manage and report on the Risk and Control budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track progress against the Technology Risk agenda, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Compile and evaluate the Risk and Control scorecard to assess project effectiveness within ITSR.
• Serve as the primary contact for Risk and Control demand management, overseeing external requests and internal task allocations.
• Design and implement a communication strategy for the IT Department to promote stakeholder engagement.
• Schedule and monitor Governance Committee documentation related to ITSR initiatives.
• Identify potential risk issues through analysis and recommend coordinated actions among Risk and Control teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or financial industry.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in risk management and compliance in the IT field - dealt with MAS regulatory guidelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and reach consensus among senior stakeholders, including the COO and CRO.
