Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to international business leaders.
• Manage and coordinate the international business schedule, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Conduct research and provide analysis on various business-related topics.
• Handle and prioritize incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate and follow-up on action items and deadlines.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 – 7 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
• Prior experience working in a Japanese company will be an added advantage.
