Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Maintain precise employee records and HR databases to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during local audits and statutory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive support for HR functions and administration, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and timely resolution of employee queries and HR issues.
- Contribute to planning and executing employee welfare programs.
- Undertake any other administrative or ad hoc tasks delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in HRM or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or within the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Independent and detail-oriented team player with strong multitasking abilities.
