Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Supply Chain sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Note: This is a 1 year contract position, convertible and renewable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors to facilitate comprehensive payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and legislative requirements regarding employee’s benefits and payroll
- Coordinate payroll reconciliation and cost allocation with both internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors
- Address employees’ enquiries, and disseminate updates regarding payroll and benefits
- Coordinate/Support the company’s global mobility processes, such as tax reporting and expenses tracking
- Evaluate/Propose improvements to HR operational activities to optimize efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction
- Process insurance/benefits claims promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with local policies
- Generate the necessary reports on payroll and benefits when required
- Update/Manage company’s payroll records for submission to the relevant government entities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for payroll reporting, while assisting auditors with payroll data
- Implement/Enhance C&B policies in alignment with various objectives, updating and communicating it with the company’s employees
- Manage the operational aspects of the company’s C&B projects
- Provide necessary information (eg, payroll data, calculation) to support the development of the company’s C&B initiatives
- Identify and report any discrepancies/potential non-compliance in with regards to the company’s C&B practices
- Lead the company’s year-end increment and bonus schemes, including computation and distribution
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in both Compensation and Benefits and Payroll
