• Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints and overdue payment
• General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.
• Support and follow-up for sales activities.
• Understanding company business strategy and rules. Responds to any customer inquiry
• Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders.
• Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.
• Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
• Report meeting minutes and any issue which leads to unwelcome situations to the supervisor.
• Liaise with finance team on any sales and purchase related matters.

Requirement

• Maintaining monthly full sets of accounts for overseas subsidiaries on real time basis and co-ordinating with banks.
• Update overseas internet sales including inventories and perform reconciliations timely and accurately.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed.
• Assist with local warehouse team in upkeep of inventories on weekly basis. Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
