Project Manager
Job description
- Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
- Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
- Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and -scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
- Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities
- Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
- Able to manage an ELV project independently
- Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation
- Ensure timely completion of all projects
- Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
- Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System
Key Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility
- Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, risk-taking and adaptability
- Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful problem solver
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration:
- $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
