Our client, a Japanese company based in Singapore is currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.

Secretary&Admin (Japanese-speaking)
【Job Description】
-Arrange business meetings
-Maintain the electronic and hardcopy filing system of the department
-Translation of documents from Japanese to English
-Assist in the creation of PowerPoint materials for presentations.
-Manage travel-related matters, i.e. flight booking, hotel booking,car booking, visa application
-Assist with the preparation and/or processing of payments through the SAP system and thesubmission/circulation of internal documents.
-Assist with any administrative matters
【Requirements】
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Business level of Japanese(N1-N2 level) is a must as required to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
【Others】
Salary: SGD 4-5K, depending on the experience +Bonus
Working hours: Mon-Fri
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model
