Job Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits
· Process time attendance listing submitted by respective Supervisors/HODs
· Verify overtime schedule
· Process petty cash claims of staff in accordance with entitlement
· Check data entry of staff leave entitlement through HRIS
Recruitment and Onboarding
· Assist in the recruitment of contract, temporary and junior staff
· Manage for card access system and issuance of staff access card to new joins
Staff Engagement
· Participate in planning and executing of staff engagement programmes, company events and other ad-hoc matters
General Administration
· Verification for access card rights & annual access cards rights review
· Monitor inventory of staff uniforms and issue in accordance with policy
· Manage staff lockers
Handle office administration including stationary
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration or relevant fields
· Analytical and meticulous
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Chinese and English is an added advantage
· Able to work with staff from all levels
