We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our fast growing team. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting our growth by overseeing and refining all aspects of human resources. This includes recruiting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, developing training programs, and ensuring alignment with our culture and values. You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, adaptable, and inclusive work environment.
You will also be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our brand and culture.
Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Implement retention strategies and conduct regular reviews to understand and act on employee feedback.
- Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation systems that align with company goals and encourage continuous development.
Support managers with performance reviews, feedback, and goal-setting processes.
Identify high-potential employees and develop pathways for their growth within the company.
- Learning and Development:
Design and coordinate training programs to equip staff with skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate leadership development initiatives to prepare employees for greater responsibilities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the company.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and review compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Work with finance and leadership to develop and refine incentive programs that motivate and reward performance.
Administer employee benefits and respond to any inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace aligned with our company values.
Plan and organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and company-wide events.
Regularly assess company culture and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance and Policies:
Ensure all HR activities comply with local employment laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee records and data in accordance with data protection policies.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction) to make data-driven decisions.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership to help shape people strategies.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proven ability to manage HR processes in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in startups is a plus.
