Main Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to:

• Lead the overall Consumer Lines strategy for the company through multi-channel distribution platforms including digital marketing, direct marketing, telemarketing and affinity partnership marketing.
• Develop new business opportunities; perform market research and competitor analysis to position our campaigns competitively in the market.
• Develop new and effectively engage existing partnerships. New partnerships should include but not limited to affinity brand partners and digital market affiliates.
• Develop effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies via digital and telemarketing distributions.
• Execute pre and post marketing campaign evaluations to measure the ROI of all marketing campaigns.
• Manage advertising campaigns and marketing collaterals across all distribution channels.
• Take ownership of the HLAS website. Manage and enhance digital channel optimization including, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, video marketing, email marketing, referral marketing and new digital channels for direct distribution.
• Oversee customer service quality and service levels for both direct and intermediary enquiries.
• Design customized products, from conception to implementation, targeting specific client segments.
• Manage and continuously improve the company and affiliate/partner websites to ensure customer experience and sales conversion rates.
• Become a key contributor to influence customer experience.
• Lead the development of a loyalty program for policyholders.
• Manage production budget/forecast and marketing costs control in line with the overall company budget.
• Work in close collaboration with all sales & distribution channels to accelerate and influence effective marketing campaigns. Provide segmented leads to distribution to call center to support cross-sell marketing.
• Prepare monthly activities and business performance reports for the EXCO.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and proven record in marketing project management
• Good knowledge of digital / e-marketing tools and systems
• Good understanding of the Singapore consumer market
• Strong analytical, organization, leadership and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Technology, you shall be responsible to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the IT team on daily operations covering infrastructure, applications, network performance, soft and hardware, technical support, etc
• Motivate and manage staff and related activities like recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching
• Liaise and manage all vendors/ service providers on corporate telecommunications and IT-related projects to ensure contractual obligations are set and successfully delivered
• Handle overall planning and end-to-end implementation of Polisy400/CIC/ CCFES/ website system development, Contact Centre front-end system and system platform
• Review and provide cost-effective IT solutions to business on insurance system related requirements for improvements to strength current IT framework
• Assist in system testing on different marketing campaigns, website enhancements, etc
• Monitor and control all IT-related expenses and budget
• Ensure proper documentation and measures, e.g. Business Continuity Plan (BCP), are in-place for audit checks and in accordance to MAS statutory guidelines
• Communicate and liaise with Group IT in Hong Kong and Malaysia on IT compliance standards and group projects
• Prepare and submit monthly management report, setup IT policies and establish/ update IT Operational Manual (SOP).

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant/ related qualification with at least 10 years of relevant work experience preferably in general insurance industry.
• Possess strong IT knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL programming, Polisy400, backup, systems, storage, DR, wireless, email and database system.
• Excellent project, costs/ budget and vendor management capabilities.
• Highly organized and able to work within tight datelines with demonstrated success in managing projects.
• Hands-on experience in BCP and DR support is a must.
• Mature deposition with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
