Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the refrigeration industry.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
