Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of projects for Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Finance, Credit Risk, Compliance data marts in Data Analytics department. This role requires a mix of domain, data warehousing and project management skills:

Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.

Technical Solution Delivery: Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and optimizing team productivity.

Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and reliability of data analytics solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of projects, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure transparency.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors providing metadata management solutions, overseeing their contributions to the successful implementation of the projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in implementing Data Warehousing projects in Finance, Credit Risk & Compliance domains

• Data Warehousing Expertise: experience of implementing large data warehouses based on Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, Oracle including data modelling, using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS & visualization Tools such as Qlik, Microsoft Power BI

• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to metadata quality, data lineage accuracy, and overall data governance effectiveness.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to details

• Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while exercising good judgment

• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time with teams distributed across multiple locations

Qualifications/Certifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2

Role: Technical Delivery Manager

Job level: 6 - 9 years of relevant experience (L3)

Key Responsibilities:

• With direct experiences in Market Data Domain as part of the Enterprise Architecture.

• Well versed in enterprise architecture methodologies for Market Data Domain.

• Analyse, Review design, Plan project schedule and implement end-to-end Technical enterprise Solutions in Banking and Financial Institutions

• With NeoXam DataHub, Markit or any other EDM specific product and development experiences to lead the design of Data model, establish as golden Data Source and distribute data to downstream systems at bank’s enterprise level.

• Develop a Market Data Services Enterprise architecture blueprint. Establish framework and standards of Data Sourcing from external vendors, Data Quality Check, Data transformation and Distribution to multiple systems across all platforms

• Analyse user (front to back office) requirements and formulate functional and technical design documents.

• Co-ordinate with vendor on specifications, build, delivery testing, and implementation.

• systems.

• Work with UOB internal Change Control Management for deployment of changes.

• Work closely with internal infrastructure and security teams for implementations.

• Implement NeoXam’s DataHub software solutions at an enterprise level.

Key Requirements:

• Degree, IT Engineering, Business or Finance

• You have minimum of 8 years of experience with IT projects in the banking / financial / insurance industry. At least 6 years of technical experiences as enterprise solution architect. Proven track records in delivering and implementing EDM product and technical solutions at enterprise level.

• Preferred with direct Product knowledge in NeoXam Datahub, formerly known as Smartco

• Key functional domain knowledge on Market Data for Global Market Trading and its usage for downstream regulatory reporting.

• You have minimum of 2 years of experience with software implementation in the areas of Markit EDM, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), DataWarehouse (DW-ETL) or Business Intelligence (BI).

Preferred Requirements

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, energetic, and friendly program manager to join our legal team as a Regional Program Manager, Legal Compliance (APJC) based in Singapore. You will play a key role executing the day-to-day nuts and bolts of our legal compliance within the APJC region, including company compliance with new laws and regulations, establishing corporate presence in new countries, internal investigations, conflicts of interest disclosures, gifts and entertainment requests, training and communications, as well as project management of other cross-functional compliance initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Manage Cloudflare’s company compliance with new laws and regulations in the APJC region, working closely with our public policy, legal compliance and regional legal teams;
• Manage compliance initiatives associated with setting up corporate presence in new countries within the APJC region;
• Support Cloudflare’s internal investigations program, including management of investigation case files, conducting witness interviews, collecting supporting documentation, and drafting final reports;

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of program or project management experience
• Experience with an in-house legal department preferred; experience at a tech company, especially as part of a compliance team, is a huge plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, including cloud services.
