The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. Your role as a Senior / Digital Innovation Technologist is to drive the development of digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and through the BUs through DIL innovation programs to deliver impactful business outcomes and support the building of an innovation culture in SIA Group. 1. Digital Innovation / Technology Development and Support

- Managing the ideation and prototyping process for digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and BUs, employing the build-measure-learn concept:

o Manage the ideas pipeline, evaluate, groom, and validate ideas submitted

o Validate ideas/prototypes through various means such as interviews, user testing

o Partner with SIA Group staff and/or BUs to drive the articulation of impactful problem statements and design low-fidelity prototypes or wireframes for validation
