Candidate Profile

You will ideally have a background in the nonprofit / CSR space in related programme management roles. Amazon Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and highly organized Program Manager who will focus on developing the strategic roadmap of the program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and expansion of the program's intake mechanism as well as acting as the key point of contract for business expansion opportunities. Job Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• The candidates will have to be responsible for the team, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, critical projects/apps are prioritised and escalations handled appropriately. The lead should also proactively promote service excellence by identifying strategies that can be adapted and scaled to drive operational efficiency across the team.
• Minimum qualification: Tertiary Education in a technology discipline, AWS Solution Architect Associate level certification, 3 year working experience in a similar setting would be preferred.
• Language: English
• Knowledge
  • Mandatory: Reasonable amount of AWS knowledge/experience
  • Mandatory: Some troubleshooting flair.
  • Bonus: Relevant knowledge/experience on Jenkins/Bitbucket/Python is a bonus.
  • These security tickets are triggered from various sources, such as AWSConfig , Cloudwatch and CSPM tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar)
