We are looking for L2 Application Ops Engineer to join our Application Services department to help us implement DevOps and accelerate the bank’s transformation. This a very hands-on technical role to drive continuous improvement initiatives on top of day-to-day BAU support. Mission

The L2 Application OPS Engineer is responsible to ensure production stability and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications in scope. You will manage incidents, changes and requests as per the company's standards and SLA to ensure a high quality of service. As we are covering the bank’s global operations, you will work in rotational shifts* and also be occasionally doing on-call support** during non-business hours. Main responsibilities

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role.

Functional

Technical and process
