• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions.

• To be overall in-charge of the management and control of individual Site team of Resident Technical Officer(s) and ensure that there is satisfactory supervision provided.

• Senior Resident Technical Officers (SRTOs) for both Land Works and Marine Works, he must have the following minimum experiences:
• The SRTOs shall have at least eight (8)* years of site supervisory experience with minimum five (5) years in land reclamation, marine construction or coastal development related projects and accredited by IES/ACES as a RTO.
• Must be literate in English, proficient in writing minutes of meetings & reports and have adequate knowledge to use computer, reply emails, use computer software,

● Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics or Mathematics

● Proficienct in Python/SQL

● Experience in Cloud Platform (GCP is preferred) / Google Suite (Apps Script is a plus) / Github / Jira / Scrum

● Knowledge of data engineering that covers data governance, database architectures and data pipelines

● Strong problem-solving and risk analysis skill to analyze internal system data as well as the forecast system background data

● Ability to review complex information, perform comparative analysis, and make recommendations based on findings

● Ability to perform BI analytics to present insightful messages with follow up actions

● Min 2 years' experience in SaaS product development preferred; shipping knowledge will be plus point

About Active Ageing Centres (AAC):

Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Our aim is to enable seniors to adopt an active lifestyle, pre-empt social isolation, and refer them to assistance in a timely fashion. We hope to improve the health outcomes of seniors living in the community through providing a suite of programs to help them live healthier lives and support their aspirations to age in place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating support services and organising activities for the seniors
• Assist in planning & coordinating programmes and activities for the seniors
• Assist in managing, supervising and supporting volunteers
• Conduct Community Screener and ensure buddying & befriending criteria are met
• Assist in conducting outreach
• Assist Programme Executive to prepare monthly report
• General admin duties

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma with Social Service
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
• This position is on contract basis
